Institutional Intelligence and Reputation Management

We elevate the authority of executives and protect the reputation of organizations through rigorous analysis, strategic vision, and high‑impact narratives

Where Complexity Meets Resolution

Dilema operates where decisions by government, regulators, or the judiciary directly impact the value and reputation of organizations. Our role is to transform institutional complexity into strategic clarity.

When Strategy Demands Depth

Where We Deliver Value

  • Scenario Intelligence: When the rules of the game change in Congress or regulatory agencies.

  • Institutional Crisis Management: When public or judicial scrutiny heightens reputational and operational risk.

  • Legitimacy Building: When it is necessary to establish trust in order to operate, invest, and expand.

The real risk is not the news. It is the timing, the license, the cost of capital, and the trust.

Insights

Communication Has a Seat at the Table

Communication is not finishing touch: it is part of the decision. When it comes late, the cost shows up in crisis, misalignment, and loss of trust.

Article/Insight

My career is defined by the ability to move between distinct worlds: from the creativity of editorial design to the complexity of the corporate boardroom. With more than 20 years of experience, I help leaders and companies navigate challenging institutional environments, where reputation and narrative are critical assets.

During five years in Barcelona, I refined my aesthetic vision and technical rigor with a postgraduate degree in Editorial Design, working for global brands. Back in Brazil, I took on leadership roles in one of the country’s largest engineering companies, including managing communications during Operation Car Wash—an experience that gave me a rare perspective on the fragility of brands and the need for a shielded institutional narrative.

At the helm of Dilema, I use this hybrid repertoire to deliver high‑impact consulting. I don’t just provide communication; I deliver strategic clarity. We combine geopolitical analysis, brand strategy, and visual refinement to ensure that a leader’s authority is perceived even before the first word is spoken.
